Swarovski: an iconic brand that has struggled to unify the fragmented units of its billion-dollar business.
The solution began in creating a brand architecture that could align and amplify the Swiss crystal empire’s many business divisions–a comprehensive brand book that clearly articulated each unit’s role in the Swarovski world.
This toolkit informed highly impactful creative that demonstrated glamour, modernity, and most importantly, consistency.
This new pattern of cohesion was further underlined in the creative by using one global brand ambassador to ensure a common thread across all creative executions.
